Tips for Wine Preservation In warm months, you may elect to have us hold your order in our temperature controlled warehouse until cooler weather allows for uncompromised shipping.  During times with temperatures at or over 85 degrees, we suggest that all warm weather residents select expedited shipping.  So that your wine does not spend extended time on a delivery truck, we always encourage you to ship to a business address where someone over 21 years will be available to sign for the package. Businesses typically get delivered during morning hours, before residential deliveries.
